You'll receive a call from your Coccinelle representative within a maximum of 24 hours. Together, you'll analyse your needs and find the solution that is best adapted to your situation.

 
We respond to your demands

Your Coccinelle representative will draw up a service proposal and a recommendation for the financial conditions to be planned in response to the needs you have indicated.

 
We meet.

The telephone interview is followed up by an interview at your home following your agreement. This is when your Coccinelle representative can specifically advise you as to the tasks to be entrusted to the person and can answer all of your questions.

 
We begin the selection process.

Our Human Resources team begins the Coccinelle recruitment process following 5 key phases.

 
We introduce you to the selected candidate(s)

Your Coccinelle representative arranges a meeting so you may be introduced to the person or people finally selected. Prior to the introduction, you will receive an email with a detailed summary of each candidate's profile.

 
Coccinelle will follow-up with you and offer you advice.

Your Coccinelle representative will closely monitor the employee after hiring. We then hold regular interviews with both your new employee and you in order to communicate any comments or suggestions on how to make necessary improvements. Your Coccinelle representative is there to assist you whenever you need and answer all of your questions.
